• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified wagering amount must be completed first.

• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Participation in collusion or match fixing.

• Harassing or showing disrespectful behaviour towards other members.

Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your account at any time by contacting the tb99 support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before submitting your account closure request.

Tb99 may suspend or close an account for the following reasons: violation of Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, legal obligations, or security concerns. The balance of a suspended account may be held until the investigation is complete.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding any bet or transaction, email support@tb99.ws or contact us via live chat within 7 days of the incident. When submitting a complaint, please include your account ID, bet ID, date, and a detailed description of the issue.

Tb99 reviews every complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve it within 7 business days. tb99's decision is considered final; however, all reasonable member complaints are always taken seriously.
